What to include in your email

• Your device model and iOS version.
• The app version you are using.
• A short description of what happened.
• If relevant, the approximate time the issue occurred.
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if available.

Common support topics

• Generation did not start or did not finish.
• Result quality looks wrong for a selected preset.
• Push notifications are missing or delayed.
• The app crashes or freezes during processing.
• Privacy or data deletion request.

Generation and delivery

Mr Orange processes images and videos through the developer’s own ComfyUI-based service. If a generation task fails, include the preset name, what input you used, and whether the issue affected upload, processing, or result delivery.

Notifications and analytics

The app uses Firebase SDK for push notifications and AppsFlyer for analytics and attribution. If you have a notification problem, please mention whether notifications are enabled in iOS Settings and whether the issue concerns delivery timing or missing alerts.

Billing status

There is currently no active monetization in Mr Orange. In-app purchases and subscriptions are not enabled at this time. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated with billing and subscription support instructions.

Privacy requests

For privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests, email [email protected] and use a subject line such as Privacy Request. Generated outputs and uploaded media are intended to be retained for no more than 24 hours on the processing backend.
